  1. Mehl, Eier, Wasser und Salz zu einem festen Teig kneten und ruhen lassen..
  2. Nun kann das Rinderhackfleisch mit einer kleingeschnittenen Zwiebel, den gepressten Knoblauchzehen, Salz, Pfeffer und Cayennepfeffer abgeschmeckt werden. Zu dem gewürzten Rinderhackfleisch habe ich noch etwas Wasser mit Brühe gegeben..
  3. Der Teig muss auf einer bemehlten Fläche dünn (1-2mm) ausgerollt werden. Ich habe mit einer runden (ca. 5cm Durchmesser) Ausstechform alle Teigtaschen selber ausgestochen, jedoch gibt es auch extra Pelmenibleche dafür..
  4. Die Teigtaschen habe ich mit ungefähr einem Teelöffel der Hackfleischmischung befüllt und zu einer Art Tortellini geformt..
  5. Wenn die Pelmeni in kochendem Wasser oben schwimmen (nach 5-6 Minuten), sind sie fertig! Am Besten schmecken sie meiner Meinung nach mit Schmand..
