  3. Bouillon in einer Pfanne aufkochen, Kartoffeln und Teigwaren beigeben, zugedeckt bei kleiner Hitze ca. 10 Min. kochen, bis die Teigwaren al dente sind. Die verbliebene Flüssigkeit abgiessen..
  4. Rahm würzen und über die Teigwaren giessen. Käse dazugeben und alles gut durchmischen..
  5. Auf Tellern servieren und mit der Speck-Zwiebel-Mischung und Apfelmus anrichten..
